Are my purchases on Carolyn Design secure?

Yes. Payments are safely treated by Stripe. Your banking information is never saved on our website. Furthermore, all provided information is secured via SSL to assure their confidentiality. You will find the padlock symbol in our navigator which confirms we use a valid security certificate.

What is the return policy at Carolyn Design?

Whether it is regarding the style or the size of your uniform, you have 15 workdays following the reception of your order to make a claim. You will have to take in charge the fees to send us the merchandise and Carolyn Design will take in charge the fees to return it back to you.

To make a return, you must have an authorization number.

RETURN POLICY

There is a defect on my uniform!

Our quality control department rigorously inspects our products before any of them is shipped. Carolyn Design guarantees its uniforms up until 180 days as part of normal use. In the case where one of our products has defects, please refer to our tab concerning our guarantee and return policies.

When my order will be delivered?

You must count 3 to 5 workdays for the shipment of the products we have in inventory. If your order contains an article in production, one of our customer service agents will contact you to let you know the delays.

Do you ship outside Canada?

Carolyn Design ships all around the world.

Can I track my package? How?

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number which will allow you to follow your order on Canada Post’s website.

Which payment methods are accepted at Carolyn Design ?

You can pay with a credit card, Visa or MasterCard.

How can I change or cancel an existing order?

I saw something online that I can no longer find. What happened?

It is possible for an article not to be on our website even if you have seen it before. Our inventory may have passed. It is always possible for you to communicate with our customer service for more information.

I like a particular item but my size is not available in this style?

Can I have a corporate discount?
