Are my purchases on Carolyn Design secure?

Yes! Payments by credit card are processed securely by PayPal and bank information never traded by Carolyn Design‘s website. In addition, all information provided in your order are secured via SSL to ensure privacy. What is the return policy at Carolyn Design?

We really hope you like what you ordered. However, if something does not fit, you have 15 business days following the delivery of your order to make a claim. If that is the case, read the article about our return policies.

RETURN POLICY

There is a defect on my uniform!

Our quality control department strictly inspect our products. However, in the event that any item is defective, Carolyn Design warrants its uniforms for up to 180 days under normal usage and adequate maintenance according to recommendations. If that is the case, refer to the article about our guarantee.

GARANTEE

When my order will be delivered?

You will receive your shipment within the next 5 business days. If your order has items that are in production, our customer service agent will inform you as soon as possible. In such a case, a 4 to 6 weeks delivery time would be expected.

Do you ship outside Canada?

Yes, we ship internationally.

Can I track my package? How?

When the order will be shipped, you will receive your tracking code which allows you to track the delivery on Canada Post web site.

Which payment methods are accepted at Carolyn Design ?

You can pay by credit card with a Visa or MasterCard. If you have a PayPal account, you can also use it as well.

How can I change or cancel an existing order?

I saw something online that I can no longer find. What happened?

I like a particular item but my size is not available in this style?

Some style aren’t available in all sizes or color. Can I have a corporate discount?
